What is a Health Coach?

My job as a health coach is more than telling you what you should and should not eat, though this is something we will go over. Weight loss is not achieved through diet and exercise only; there are several other factors that will influence your success.

Together we will look at various aspects of your life that affect your health and improve your lifestyle, health, and well being. During our one hour sessions, we will delve into various aspects of your life such as home-environment, self-care, and physical activity, among other health impacting choices. In addition to weight loss, you will see improved blood work, joint pain, and energy levels. A health coaching program consists of, but is not limited to:

  • Pantry makeover
  • Grocery shopping guidance
  • Meditation guidance
  • Meal plans
  • Exercise routines
  • Health education
